Alicia San José, a Research Nurse, Joins the Research Group
Alicia will take the place of Raquel Piñer, who, after several years in Barcelona, has decided to return to her home
On 16 June, after a rigorous selection process, Alicia San José joined our research group in the role of research nurse. Her task is to provide a transversal service to the following lines: Acute respiratory distress syndrome and acute lung injury (ARDS-ALI), ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP), noninvasive ventilation (NIV), and animal model. She is also the study coordinator for 2 workpackages (WP3 and WP4) of the European project, Mastering of Hospital Antibiotic Resistance(MOSAR).
Alicia San José was born in Valladolid in 1978. She holds a nursing degree and a degree in translation and interpreting from the University of Valladolid and has professional experience as a nurse in the public health sector in different countries of the European Union, including the United Kingdom.
